C. Snow Imagery requires all High School Seniors have a parent/legal guardian accompany them throughout the entirety of their session.

It’s a mad world we live in today.  If you have any question about C. Snow Imagery’s terms and conditions, do not hesitate to reach out!

• In an effort to serve all my clients fairly, sessions cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled time will require a non-refundable 50% retainer to re-book.  If a client has chosen to pre-pay a session, 50% of that pre-payment will be applied to the non-refundable 50% retainer.  After non-refundable retainer is paid, if another cancellation is made within 72 hours of session, retainer will be completely forfeited.  Life gets the best of us sometimes, I get it.  However, when a session is scheduled, my time is booked exclusively for you and other clients are turned down or scheduled otherwise.  Exceptions, of course, will be made for weather.
• Galleries active 45 days, media orders due within 30 days – unless otherwise noted.
• All images copyrighted and illegal to copy without permission.
• It is understood that Studio takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, processing and delivery of photographs.  However, if the studio fails to comply, due to any event or act outside the control of the studio, liability is limited to a refund of the funds paid to photographer thereunder.
• Everyone has a bad day here and there.  Kiddo’s are no different.  Quality of photos may be compromised if cooperation is missing during your session.  Studio is not responsible for quality of photos if any member of your party just isn’t “feeling it”.
• High School Seniors, you MUST have a parent/legal guardian along with you.
• Collages and storybooks not included in package pricing.  Priced as traditional prints.  Please inquire if you would prefer a different media.
• Photographer reserves the right to use any/all likeness in all appropriate advertising. If you do not wish to have your portraits used, please let me know.
• Glasses without lenses will avoid glare on your portraits, glass glare removal rate is $60/hour additional charge. Please be aware that transition lenses are dark.  A second set of glasses will avoid this, or please consider getting just a set of frames from your provider.
• Mileage charge beyond the allowed 15 miles of Whitewood is charged 70¢/mile or current IRS allowance. Additional locations charged per mile from 1st location back to Whitewood; minimum $25.  (This is a taxable service by SD tax statute.)
• All drop ship orders, out of town orders and any/all media orders under $150 will be assessed shipping charges, typically USPS priority mail.  Last known price starting at $9.95.
• Offers are not combinable.
• Session fee due and payable at time of session. Holidays and/or large groups may require a non-refundable retainer fee.  Social media digital images will be available for pick-up/email within 36 hours of order placed and paid.
• All prices plus tax and shipping unless otherwise noted.
• Wedding retainer is non-refundable, but may be transferred to a different date if Company has that date available.  See agreement for due dates of additional payments.
• All orders must be paid in full at time of order. Orders may be placed in person or on line at csnowimagery.shootproof.com
• Online orders will receive a final invoice with tax and shipping (when applicable) via email.  Invoices not paid within 72 hours will result in your order being cancelled.
